With a distinguished career of over 28 years in the space of training in psychological and agile aspects management as well as social impact, no one comes closer to being a perfect example of coalescing ambition and passion than Anita. 

Her journey started with getting a Masters degree in Sociology from Paris-Sorbonne University & MPhil in Organisational Development & Social Psychology from Paris Dauphine University. 

After few edifying and impactful gigs with Bonair group & MEPZA, she accelerated her true purpose by serving at a leadership position in an array of social initiatives & Govt alike. 

Serving as a Head of Women's Unit at the Ministry of women's rights, Mauritius; she managed a team of over 110 employees & worked in close collaboration with ministry of Health, Social Security, environment, planning & economic development as well as  international organisations like UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, IFAD. She left a lasting impact with her policies & implementation in areas like gender based violence, economic empowerment, HIV/AIDS, literacy, grameen bank, training in different crafts, women health related issues among others. 

She went on to develop training manuals for UNESCO as a national consultant & facilitator for the National Productivity & Competitiveness Council. She funded projects to train early school leavers & women of all ages on English Literacy and Information Technology to upgrade their English skills and introduce them to basic IT skills. 

Her latest gig was as the General Manager at TowerStone - Cape Town where she facilitated assessment in the fields of leadership, change management, communication, conflict resolution, cultural transformation across management levels

She also went on to serve as Vice President in Individual Development - Junior Chamber International & Executive Committee Member - Association of Human Resource Professionals.
